Dan Messeloff founded BeADoctor.org after his daughter told him that she wanted to be a doctor when she grew up, and Dan couldn’t find any meaningful resources online to help her achieve that goal. Dan is a lawyer by training, and he has advised dozens of companies on technology-related issues such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and online marketing, as well as other areas. Dan has also served on the boards of schools and other organizations that provide resources for children. He is also a Legislative Ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Action Network, among other positions in the community.
David Shafran is a board-certified pediatrician and the past Head of Pediatrics at K Health, a revolutionary primary care mobile app that has five million users across the United States. Before joining K Health, David worked at the Cleveland Clinic, where he led a pediatrics practice and completed a fellowship in transplant ethics. David is also an experienced entrepreneur in the medical education field, having started an innovative medical education company that provides an effective way to train and educate medical students for their licensing exams.
